Beat the Bookies! Our gambling picks for week 3
Reading Time: 2 minutes.

With Aaron Rodgers and co. putting on another show the Packers and Lions easily passed 19.5 points. Unfortunately Michael Gallup didn’t reach the lofty heights 65 yards and the Dolphins kept in close against the Bills. So we went 1-2 last week, why we always bet responsibly!

It’s week 3 and we roll again, here’s our top picks for Sunday’s action. Thnks to Jamie who chipped in with a few shouts to help.

Cincinnati Bengals +4 Vs. Philadelphia Eagles (10/11)

Jamie: The Eagles are in a rut, while the win-less Bengals are chasing Joe Burrows first win. Even if Wentz and co. can turn it around the Bengals should keep up. Over two games the Bengals have scored 43 points to the Eagles 36.

Joe Burrow was used to winning at LSU, he’s got a good chance to get his first win for the Bengals tonight.

Las Vegas Raiders Vs. New England Patriots Over 47.5 points (10/11)

Bryan: Bill Belichick’s usually stingy defence gave up 35 points to Seattle last week. The Raiders probably aren’t up to the Seahawks standards but Gruden’s gang have scored 34 in each of their outings so far this year. and maybe the Raiders offence isn’t up to that level yet but will be hoping to hit the 30 point mark in Foxborough.

The Patriots were a few yards off beating the Seahawks last week, putting 30 points and 464 yards on them. This game could well be a bit of a shootout, in which case 48 points shouldn’t be a problem.

Dallas Cowboys +5.5 Vs. Seattle Seahawks Over 55.5 Points Total (21/10)

Jamie/Bryan: The Russ and Dak show starts Sunday evening and it’s looking like a shoot out. Dak torched the Falcons for 450 yards and 4 total touchdowns last Sunday, a week after Russ put up 322 and 4 touchdowns on them.

Russell Wilson and Dak Prescott face off again it what could be a high scoring game Sunday night.

Both teams leaky defences have injuries in their secondaries which they’ll be hoping to exploit. This one could go close, whoever has the ball towards the end of the game may well decide who wins. At just over 2/1 the Cowboys with 5.5 points is enticing enough if all goes to script and we’ve got a high scoring affair this evening.
