Here is a 7 round Green Bay Packers mock draft for 2023.
THIS MOCK WAS COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE AARON RODGERS TRADE
Using our mock draft simulator, here are the players who could be in play for the Green Bay Packers in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Even though this does not include trades it does give an indication as to who may be available when the Packers pick.
Here is your Green Bay Packers Mock Draft
Round 1: Pick 15 – Jaxson Smith-Njigba – WR – Ohio State
Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs showed signs of potential last season. But if the Packers are going all in with Jordan Love, they would be wise to get him more help. JSN is one of the best receivers in the draft and would make an immediate impact.
Round 2: Pick 45 – BJ Ojulari – Edge – LSU
Ojulari could come off the board in the first round. But there is some good talent at the Edge position so him falling to the Packers in the second round would not be too surprising. He’s one of the best pass rushers in this year’s draft.
Round 3: Pick 78 – Sydney Brown – Safety – Illinois
Sydney Brown was a staple in the Fighting Illini’s defense for years. He makes quick reads before coming into the box to prevent the run. He’s versatile and can play the position in many ways.
Round 4: Pick 116 – Zack Kuntz – TE – Old Dominion
Zack Kuntz is a big-bodied tight end standing 6-foot-7, 255 pounds. Despite his size, he is a decent threat downfield and has good mobility.
Round 5: Pick 149 – Owen Pappoe – LB – Auburn
Owen Pappoe falling to the fifth round is hard to imagine. But he did here, so the Packers get a steal. He’s a good tackler inside the box and is a great athlete.
Round 5: Pick 170 – Jakorian Bennett – CB – Maryland
Jakorian Bennett is the other half of the impressive Maryland cornerback duo opposite Deonte Banks. Bennett may not be as high a prospect as Banks, but he still has good top-end speed and the skills to be a talented player at the next level.
Round 7: Pick 232 – Dante Stills – DL – West Virginia
Dante Stills made a name for himself at West Virginia for getting into the backfield against the run with 53 career tackles for a loss. He is considered slightly undersized, but he has a high motor and is relentless throughout plays.
Round 7: Pick 235 – Robert Beal Jr – Edge – Georgia
Robert Beal Jr is overshadowed by other Georgia defensemen in this class. But he is a solid pass rusher in his own right. He is a standup edge rusher and can be a good developmental piece for Green Bay.
Round 7: Pick 242 – Nikko Remigio – WR – Fresno State
Remigio was a four-year starter at Cal before playing his final year at Fresno State. He is a slot receiver with good change of direction and ball skills. He could be another wrinkle for a Jordan Love run passing game.
Round 7: Pick 256 – Trevor Reid – OT – Louisville
Reid was a one-year starter at Lousiville. He has some holes in his game, but his athleticism helps cover for those holes and gives him the potential to get better.
