Here is your Carolina Panthers Mock Draft

Round 1: Pick 6 – Kenny Pickett – QB – Pitt

In this expirement, Malik Willis went off the board at 2. However, past links to Matt Rhule may mean the Panthers may select Pickett anyway. The current regime has to come out swinging and what better way than picking a QB early

Round 4: Pick 137 – Rasheed Walker – OT – Penn State

After a long wait until their next pick, the Panthers select Walker. A 3 year starter at LT, he has enough length, athleticism and skills to develop into a starter and at 137 is worth the investment for the potential riches later

Round 5: Pick 144 – Mykael Wright – CB – Oregon

Beyond Jaycee Horn, the Panthers have very little to shout about at the corner position. A decent athlete, with some tackling ability on the perimeter he may translate better into a slot role in the future

Round 5: Pick 149 – Josh Paschal – EDGE – Kentucky

This late in the draft, Paschal seems a steal. Scheme diverse with ability to play from multiple alignments he will be a friend of any defensive co-ordinator. Coming back from malignant melanoma and all that treatment entails, it’s easy to root for him

Round 6: Pick 199 – Cade Otton – TE – Washington

Ability in contested catches, good in pass protection, high football IQ, tough. What’s not to like here at pick 199? Add him to Tommy Tremble and the Panthers have a couple of nice players at TE

Round 7: Pick 242 – Velus Jones Jr – WR – Tennessee

Initially, Jones will offer the Panthers an upgrade at the returner position, with the potential to become a role player in the passing offence as time passes.
