Mock Draft Competition

Back by popular demand – it’s the 2022 Mock Draft Competition!

In summary – you send your 1st round mock draft to me (Craig) by 23:59 on Weds 27 April and the most accurate mock wins.

The prize? Pride and bragging rights. Full rules below.

The Rules

1. Anyone wishing to participate should produce & submit a Round 1 mock draft. It is entirely up to you as to whether you wish to include trades.
   
2. You may only enter once – only the final one sent before the deadline will be accepted if multiple mocks are submitted.
   
3. Mock drafts to be entered into the competition should be sent by email to [email protected] and should arrive no later than 23:59 on Wednesday 27 April.
   
4. Mock drafts submitted after the deadline will not be entered but may still be charged.

Scoring

Each player drafted in the 1st round will earn you 1 point. This is regardless of the position they are drafted or by whom they are drafted.

2 additional points will be given for matching a player to the team they are drafted by. This is not tied to a specific draft slot – so if a team trades up or down, or has multiple 1st round picks and selects a player that you mocked to them, you will get the points.

And that’s it. Nothing too complicated or wacky. Just a nice, straightforward competition for you to enter for a bit of fun.
