Tank Dell is an explosive, elusive, agile receiver who is extremely intelligent. He is limited by his size and catch radius but he understands what he is and what he has to do to win. His crafty, devious and instinctive style, along with his stinging, electric route running makes him one of the most explosive receivers. At his size, he is one of the most unique receivers in this class and he will likely need to land on a team who has a very specific role for him. But, if he lands at the right spot he could be a very productive WR3 for an NFL team
