He is able to contribute in the running game though, where he can shed blocks and chase down runners because of his speed.
He has superb, accurate hand placement, which leads to him shedding blocks with ease

WEAKNESSES
The main issue is his tackling. He can dive into tackles all too unruly, often off his feet where he misses the tackle when he is the first man there. He is going to need to learn to stay on his feet and wrap up tackles in a more controlled and disciplined way.
Will be labelled a tweener due to his ability to line up across the front. Should be a true DE but you have to like the offer of versatility
While he has functional strength, he doesn’t have a controlled power game. He is all about speed
SUMMARY
Tuli Tuipulotu is a versatile defensive lineman who has production from all alignments across the defensive line. The former Trojan had his most productive year in 2022 and showed the potential of a future NFL Starter. A speedy pass rusher who converts that speed into power, he can get after the quarterback with electric burst. Tuipulotu has all the tools, production and athletic ability to challenge the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
