  • Great size measurables
  • Historically good tester

  • That allows him to play with really good balance and control
  • Is very physical and can compete with any receiver
  • His toughness and size allow him to challenge at the catch point

  • Can be grabby

SUMMARY

Deonte Banks is a strong press, cover corner who displays great physical attributes. He is tall and long but also has enough athletic ability to track the ball. He is tough and strong which allows him to get up and compete at the catch point but also wrap up his tackles. What Banks lacks is the top-end athleticism, especially speed, which is so converted at the position. You would also like to have seen more production from Deonte Banks who needs to improve his ball skills. Banks projects as a solid starter who will be great in coverage and will be steady and consistent as a day 2 pick.
